Privacy Policy.

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Practice Startup Services ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use practicestartupservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and honest.

What we collect.

Information you give us. When you schedule a consultation, fill out a form, or contact us by email, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, professional role, target launch timing, and a short description of what you're working on. We use this to respond to you and to prepare for the consultation.

Information we collect automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit — browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent. We use this to understand what's working and to improve the site. We do not sell or share this information.

Information from The Architect AI companion. If you interact with The Architect (our AI companion on this site), your conversation is stored in our CRM under your visitor session. If you choose to share your name and email, those are stored alongside the conversation so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete this at any time by emailing the address below.

What we don't collect.

We do not collect or store any protected health information (PHI). This site is for practice operators, not patients. If you accidentally include PHI in a form or conversation, we ask you to redact it and we will delete it.

How we use what we collect.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for your consultation, send follow-up communications if you opt in, and improve the site and our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site (hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics). Each provider has access only to the information they need to do their job and is bound by their own confidentiality terms.

How we protect what we collect.

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where applicable, access controls, and routine audits. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Your choices.

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we have about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information from our records
  • Stop sending you marketing communications

Email [email protected] with any of these requests. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies.

We use a small number of cookies — one to maintain your visitor session on the site, and a small set used by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for performance and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children.

This site is intended for medical professionals planning a practice. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be noted on the home page or via email if you've shared one with us.
